Mô tả công việc
• Collect information, study and analyze assigned market.
• Responsible for assigned sales target.
• Seek and list up projects in assigned area: hotel, apartment, offices, building, ...
• Approach and collect information of the projects, finding demand and design supply for the projects
• Build up and develop relationship with key persons of the project
• Negotiate and cut the deal.
• Set up sales forecast to prepare resources required.
• Follow up the sales from the ordering, importing, delivery, payment, after sales services.
• Quickly response to customer questions and proposals.
• Monitoring and update CRM.
• Take care of key accounts for networking and repeat purchase
• Weekly report and discuss for trouble shooting with team’s member.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male, University graduated
• Experienced in projects sales, at least 2 year experience in Project field
• Sales oriented, drive for results and good interpersonal skill
• Have Technical knowledge and Installation design skills,
• Fluent in English, able to read and understand related documents. Toeic > 500
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Willing to go business trip in provinces.
• Have passion in job for positive growth
• Work well under pressure, independently
• Good computer skills (word, excel, power point), internet, email
• Hard-working, dynamic and high sense of responsibility
• Teamwork, disciplined working spirits
• Experienced in projects sales, at least 2 year experience in Project field
