B2B Brand Manager/ Product Manager

Fully manage all aspects of Marketing, corporate and provide full support within Marketing field to Sales Team to achieve Business objectives.

1. Marketing strategy:
- Build and implement integrated marketing strategies for portfolio/brand annually and by brand campaign in alignment with marketing objective and contribution to business growth.
- Propose and directly responsible for brand’s health, in-market performance, including volume growth, market share and profitability.

2. Brand management:
- Manage all aspect of brand and trade marketing to build brand awareness, growth purchase intent and lead to sales.
- Analyze brand performance, market situation and competitor’s movement about the brand to identify emerging segments, unmet customer needs and business issues to recommend action plans.
- Cost control to ensure all activities is within marketing budget and optimize ROI.
- Work closely with support functions to ensure smooth execution and delivery business objectives.

3. Product management:
- Work closely with Regional to develop new product that relevant with customer needs, including product concept, packaging adaptation and pricing strategy.
- Work closely with relevant function such as Regional Marketing, RD&I, QA, Customer Service, Supply Chain to bring new product to live and successful.
- Monitor quality of current portfolio and conduct actions to fix if issues happen

4. Other:
- Support Head of Brand to executing new initiatives, Ad-hoc project within Business to improve productivity of the team.

- Bachelor degree and above in Marketing or Business Administration. Master degree is a plus;
- At least 07 year experience working in Marketing, in which at least 2 years at management level.
- Experience in multi-national company and has knowledge of B2B marketing is an advantage
