Automation Mechanical Engineer / Kỹ Sư Tự Động Hóa – Cơ Khí

1. Development process to setup new production line, launching new product. Design tool jig, machine design (mechanical) whole or part of machine, station. New technology study & develop to apply in production
o Design process, work flow, DFMEA for product.
o Design machine concept & break down detail design.
o Build detail requirement & co-operate with outside supplier to design machine jig, tool for new product.
o Build operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition document.
o Mass trial run & mass production machine readiness preparation. Continue follow up the production feedback after MP running.
o Apply ECN to machine design.
o Study, research new technology to apply to production machine, equipment
2. Trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical due to machine, jig tool assembly on production line during the trial & pre-MP phase
o Troubleshooting to ensure the operation of equipment, machine
Diagnose, analyse for trouble, error arising on production line
3. Continue improvement for quality up, productivity up & reduce production cost
o Co-operate with process engineer, production & quality team to improve capability, ability & performance of current MP equipment, machine.
o New machine design feedback to solve current machine chronic issue (quality & productivity)
4. Equipment, machine DWG management
o Release DWG to making & order part to build up machine
o Ensure DWG in latest version & correspond with actual machine condition
o Contact with supplier, tooling room to confirm the technical ability for tooling process
5. Support to supplier to solve issue during setup or trial new machine & new process
6. Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
7. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
o 6S & KAIZEN
o Environmental Health Safety
o RBA & Social Responsibility
o Protection of company assets
8. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION:
REQUIRED: • University
PREFERRED: • Mechanical or Mechatronic

WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: • At least 2 years of experiences
PREFERRED: • • Work experience in manufacture company or machine, automation design (work at position like: Production engineer, Automation engineer, machine design engineer) who experience design jig, tool, production line, automation machine or robot

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
1. Be able to read & create technical drawings
2. Good knowledge at manufacturing processes
3. Be able design machine, jig tool by CAD (NX, Inventor ...)
4. Being good at Office SW (MS Word, excel, Power point)
5. Can speak English
6. Confidentiality, initiative, accountability, carefulness, honesty,
7. Willing to learn & sharing knowledge
8. Good communication and analytic skills, interpersonal skills
9. Hard work, able to work overtime when needed
