Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for site automation line deployment/setup/installation/debugging and line buyoff data collection and consolidation.
• Responsible for PM plan development with equipment supplier and monitor the individual task implementation.
• Responsible for spare parts management, technical development of planned maintenance programs and maintenance procedures to satisfy with normal production.
• Responsible for equipment downtime analysis and keep continuously improvement to bump up the overall efficiency.
• Attend product process bring up/ development, assess the risk in automation implementation. After process break down will be responsible for ensure the function of all implemented automation module.
• Coaching new onboard employee to make sure they are getting skilled in short time.
• In charge of WIs/SOPs publishing which automation module/line relevant.
• Responsible for the equipment running log consolidation, including line downtime, parameter change log etc.
• Solving the problem on production equipment and follow the escalation step to get issue close.
• Responsible for continuously improvement, need establish plan to minimize the downtime and maximize overall efficiency.
• Reform automation modules according to the requirements from production team or customer to meet the output.
• In charge of PFMEA establishing before NPI build formally launch and keep updating during NPI builds.
• Lead team to attend Lean production and Kaizen activities.
• Can fit with short/long term business trip in China or abroad base on the assignments from management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electronics major.
• 3+ years working experience in mechanical and/or automation design.
• Good skill in CAD drawing and solid working skills.
• Be familiar with TPM (Total Production Maintenance).
• Positive work attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Basic communication skills in English, fluent English skills would be the extra point.
