General Purpose of the Position
Control the automation system (robots activities) to improvement of productivity and quality of products in shift. Training and ensure that all robots, PLC's and peripheral equipment are operating properly and safe in production.
Job Responsibilities
• Controlling the automated processes in plastic production
• Follow up new standards, concepts and solutions for automation
• Proactively monitors operations for potential automation failures and assists and instructs operators or other workers in machine setup and operation (automation system/robots)
• Use Inventor to design End Of Arm Tool apply for take out robot
• Assist in engineering development, maintain, follow-up or technical training for assigned production projects.
Mục đích khái quát của vị trí:
Giám sát/điều khiển hệ thống tự động (hoạt động của robot) để cải thiện hoạt động sản xuất trong ca (chất lượng và số lương). Đào tạo và bảo đảm các hoạt động của robot và các phương tiện hỗ trợ vận hành hợp lý và an toàn trong quá trình sản xuất.
Trách nhiệm:
- Giám sát/điều hành các quy trình tự động hóa trong quá trình sản xuất sản phẩm nhựa
- Tuân thủ những tiêu chuẩn, quy trình và giải pháp mới của việc ứng dụng tự động hóa
- Giám sát các vận hành của hệ thống tự động/hoạt động của robot đễ đảm bảo không có những sự cố về kỹ thuật và hướng dẫn cách cài đặt và vận hành cho người đứng máy hay công nhân
- Sử dụng Inventor để thiết kế tay gắp sản phẩm cho robot .
- Hỗ trợ việc phát triển, bảo dưỡng, thực hiện hay đào tạo kỹ thuật cho những dự án sản xuất tự động mới.

• Graduated from technical university/college (Major automation,Mechatronics…)
• Young, dynamic and willing to learn the new technology
• Technical computer skills and good communication in English
• Can use 3D CAD software (Inventer,NX,Solidwork ) is a plus
• Understanding automation system/robot operation
• Good salary and big chance to promotion
