Mô tả công việc
1.Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of
the assigned production line(s), ensure compliance of standards.
2. To lead and supervise all Technical subordinates’ performance to optimize production machines performance to achieve low downtime and defects free . 3. To provide technical support, co-operate with QM in validation for new machines validation, annual revalidation to maintain machine condition and documentations
4. Able to communicate effectively with English to all levels of co-workers and superiors for clear information and understandings.
5. Daily monitor reject rate, line efficiency of machine and quality of products, meantime between failure. Collect all data related
6. Working with IPQC to discuss according as quality issue
7. Working with Maintenance and Toolshop related issues
8. Arrange manpower , record time card, time attendance and overtime
9. Working with Planning department and Assembly site regarding weekly demand
10. Analysis quality issue and preventive action
11. Trouble shooting problem of machine what technician can not solve
12. Supervise and urge production activities: workers, technicians to ensure productivity, quality and safety, 5S, GMP,..
13. Supervise of performance record document and ensure that all follow procedure of department
14. Answer internal complaints of quality issue.
15. Supervise and check all products report as shop packet,..
16. Offer solutions to build and improve production processes, support management in procedure SOPs
17. Training for new employees as well as annual training.
18. Go oversea to do FAT for new project .

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Automation electrical/ mechanical engineering
2. 3 - 5 years working experience in production engineering
3. Knowledge of ISO 13485 & ISO 11135 is plus
4. Proficient in reading , writing & Speak English and understand technical documents written in English
