Automation Engineer

Reasponsibility:
1. Sharply focus the global organization on creating systems, processes and methods for sustainable Quality leadership.
2. Cascade the implementation of the Rieke Quality Vision, accelerating improvement and tightly weaving “a blanket of Quality” over the organization and products.
3. Champion the TriMas Operating System (TOS) and Rieke Operational Excellence from a Quality and continuous improvement perspective.
4. Identify and incorporate best-in-segment quality and external survey targets for all markets in which Rieke competes into performance targets.
5. Verify the completeness and integrity of New Product Introduction and Launch Readiness deliverables.
6. Lead and coach local resources on Total Quality mindset and execution through feedback and measurement systems.
7. Participate in Rieke’s global quality improvement process and monitor and coach regional implementation. Escalate global and regional program issues for swift resolution in accordance with Rieke’s Quality Vision.
8. Ensure compliance of all Vietnam -based operations in Quality task execution and “one voice” to the regional Management Team.
9. Ensure Rieke product quality meets customer specifications.
10. Maintain the company’s quality systems in line with ISO9001 & BRC / IOP V4 requirements, and other certifications applicable to the markets served by the Vietnam-based operations.
11. With the Vietnam-based Leadership Team, identify and develop continuous improvement project opportunities, leading activities and teams and facilitating training to support performance improvement across the business.
12. Being a change agent leader, drive the cultural transformation necessary to achieve world class performance by the organization.
13. Maximum Throughout put production from the Automation assembly machines within Quality parameters of the product.
14. Finding root cause and resolve all Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic issue of the Automation assembly machines within time limit.
15. Manage & record Spare management of the assembly machine in advance.
16. Communication with Machine Supplier for any machines related issues and get work done timely
17. Communication with Local tool room for making / repairing Jigs/ Fixture / Pins. Plates etc. for automation assembly machines .
18. Responsible for the FAT of the new Automation assembly machines at Supplier site in anywhere in the world.
19. Responsible for Installation and Commissioning of the new Automation Machines at site.
20. Responsible for PM plan and Maintenance of the automation assembly machines.
21. Record, Analyze, action plan & Act on Downtime Loss, Rejection % .
22. Training to the Leader and other team as dedicated for automation assembly machines.
23. Maintain and improve safety features of the machines.

• To ensure proper usage of PPE’S.
• To Identify Aspect of Impact of EMS of OSHMS.
Authority:
1- Identify, develop and drive continuous improvement activities and change management initiatives.
2- Identification and application of the appropriate methodology (tools) for initiatives identified.
3- Work closely with, and support, senior management colleagues to deliver a united front to the rest of the business.
4- Deliver objectives as agreed and outlined in the Performance Review process.

- Min Qualification: Bachelor degree in Technical/ Electrical
