Auto Mount Manager/ Trưởng Phòng Bộ Phận Cắm Linh Kiện Tự Động (Only Female)

• Set target for section base on company objectives and follow actions to achieve targets;
• Make headcount plan base on production plan to coordinate with HR section for recruitment to ensure stability of production;
• Supervises subordinates’ work to ensure production in good conditions
• Conduct improvement activities to improve productivity, 5S…;
• Conduct Q-KYT in AM section to prevent accident, quality problem and cost down;
• Control daily production in quality and quantity to ensure delivery on schedule;
• Control risks in work and find out route causes to take correction and corrective & preventive action;
• Training and motivate subordinate for more effective working;
• Other jobs assigned by Snr Manager.

• Have working experience of SMT department in Electronics manufacturing company
• Manpower control
• Understanding for ISO 9001/14000 & TS16949; ESD working environment
• Leadership requirements
• Understanding of production process of SMT
• Having calculation and training skill
• Having experience in production control of SMT
• Can make report to Superior
