Auditor (Salary Over 1000$)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Update regulation - Stay on top of country/region regulation, company and customer audit program related to Ethical Standard, QMS and security.
2. Perform audit independently based on Dorel and or customers’ requirement.
3. Help and train suppliers to understand and meet Country/Region law and regulation, Dorel and customers’ quality system, security and Social Compliance regulation.
4. Develop monthly audit schedule based on annual audit plan. Conduct audit on schedule and ensure it would be 100% completed on time.
5. Prepare and share the audit report with division and suppliers timely. Release CAR to drive suppliers’ continuous improvement.
6. Review the CAP provided by supplier and schedule follow-up audit to verify the improvement
performance accordingly
7. Provide necessary training to suppliers and conduct pre audit to assure supplier meets regulation compliance requirement.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
1. University Degree or above
2. At least 3-year working experience in Quality Management field, and at least 2-year working experience in social compliance and security field
3. Certified ISO9000 Auditor
4. Certified Auditor of TS16949 and or SA8000 is preferred
5. Good understanding and practicing on quality system implement and or audit, and social compliance program implementation and or audit;

SKILLS:
1. Good command of spoken and written in Vietnamese, English and Chinese.
- English: Good at 4 skills (Reading, writing, speaking and listening)
- Chinese: Good at 2 skills ( Speaking and listening)
2. Knowledgeable in the use of the Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
3. Good communication skills
