Auditor

1. Role Purpose Statement
Job Title : Auditor
Department : Quality Department
Reports To (Direct) : Supervisor
Reports To (Dotted-line) : N/A

2. Responsibility
2.1 Primary Responsibility
1) Audit Medline Asia suppliers per Medline internal audit SOP.
(a) Coordinate audit schedule with all vendors and interface with Medline internal QC/QA group and purchasing group.
(b) Travel to the supplier site and conduct on site QSR audits and social accountability audits.
(c) Follow-up with the suppliers to address the problems identified during the initial audits.
(d) Conduct follow-up audits if it is necessary.
(e) Publish audit reports in a timely manner.
(f) Publish monthly audit schedule.
2.2 Secondary Responsibility
1) Other duties and projects as assigned.
2) Drive cost reduction programs with team.

1) Suppliers.

4. Job Requirements
4.1 Education Qualification
1) Bachelor degree
1) Major in mechanical engineering or packaging engineering.

4.2 Knowledge & Skills
1) Fluent both in written and verbal English. English level of CET 6. Strong verbal communication skills.
2) Familiar with general office software.
3) Ability to act as translator for Corporate Medline visitors to Asia as needed.
4) Good interpersonal, organization, and leadership skills. Effective training skills.
5) Strong time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects.
6) Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations, ASTM standards, QSR part 820, and ISO 13485.
7) Ability to travel though-out Asia and to the United States as needed.
8) Excellent attendance record and ability to work overtime as needed.

4.3 Experience
1) Minimum of two year experience in FDA regulated environment.
2) Experiences in Medical device.
