Mô tả công việc
1. Planning and Execution
- Support in-store communication for new product launch [graphic change, ad-hoc fixture,…]
- Plan and supervise investment of shop new opening or renovation [timing, budget, cost, layout customization, installation,…]
- Weekly & monthly report pointed jobs to manager
- Support Marcom, Sales, B2B team,… for display fixtures in events/activations.
- Evaluated position, make sure prime location, with high traffic consumer .Help to increase visibilities, product awareness, instore communication for new product or new promotion program
- Monitor RS ( retail specialist ) team ,make sure shop display ( shop visibility ,clean - clear, display– POSM)
2. Vendor management
- Monitor job quality to meet requirements and drive cost efficiency
- Make a shop visit plan to check fixture’s quality and vendor’s performance.
- Make sure vendor execute the POSM Plan effectively according to the instruction.
3. Process management
- Follow internal process for quotation, approval, liquidation, settlement...
4. Territory management
- South - Central

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Graduate (Preferably Business Course)
- Preferably at least 2 year Retail or VM Experience
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Communication, Presentation & Negotiation Skills
- Analytical, Results-Oriented, Team Player
- Good at project & time management
- Hard working, fast learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good command of the English language
