[Attractive Salary & Benefit] Revit Architect / Senior Architect working on High Profile Project

For our Expansion MH architects are urgently looking for qualified candidates in HCM who are talented Revit specialists, with 2-3 plus years of experience to work on high profile projects such as Fulbright University Vietnam, Luxury 5 star Resorts in Hoi An, 55 Storey commercial tower in District 1, a 2000 pax Beach Club in Phu Quoc, etc.

The successful applicants will be working in a very positive and professional environment. MH Architect is currently partnering with high profile international Architecture Firms such as SHoP Architects from New York, KannFinch from Sydney, NBBJ from London, Nettleton Tribe Architects from Sydney etc, and also collaborating with well-known international/ local consultants of other disciplines.

The Job Description would be as follows:

For Revit Architects:
Draft for our Architectural and Interior Design teams.
Must be able to read and understand Architectural / Interior Design drawings.
The candidate must be proficient in 3D modelling including Revit.
The successful candidate must be organized, self-motivated, team oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare REVIT documentation for projects from design to documentation stage
• Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
• Works with the project designer to incorporate design revisions and details
• Supports the construction administration process
• Actively seeks to expand professional and technical knowledge of the field of architecture/ interior design
• Other tasks if required

For Senior Architect:
General:
• Lead the project team to develop architecture design solutions for projects.
• Have working knowledge of current Vietnam Building standards & codes; knowledge of foreign Building codes.
• Investigate options and alternatives for architecture design concepts.
• Fully develop architecture design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tender and construction.
• Encourage and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing.
• Plan designer work flow.
• Assist in marketing and representation for the company.

Related tasks:

A Project Setup
• Finalize the client brief for approval and sign off
• Prepare a list of documents to form the basis of all required authority submissions, design documentation and working drawings package
• Prepare or advise or comment on design program

B Design and Documentation
• Prepare sketch designs including perspectives, material selections etc.
• Revise the design based on input from the client
• Prepare drawing documentation after signing final design development by client
• Present the design concept to the client, with the Project Director
• Visit the site to take site measurements, digital photographs and investigate the area
• Co-ordinate with other project consultants, and
• Coordinate with the technician team to prepare construction documentation for architectural work including details and specification and design report
• Sketch designs, provide details and materials for input by the technician team and 3D (if necessary)

C Project Management
• Assist the Design team to develop details and cross check with other relevant documents
• Review deliverables prepared by team, revise where necessary and present to Design director before passing to client
• Visit site to inspect the construction ensure compliance with the design specifications
• Prepare a plan, including resources, to produce a proposal
• Maintain a register of all contractor communications
• Coordinate with the client’s cost consultant /QS to develop and finalize budget details
• Issue information to the contractors in regards to RFI, change orders, additional details, site instructions and variations
• Attend site meetings as necessary

D Other
• Assist Business Development team to prepare appropriate proposals
• Coordinate with the design team to update the company design database which includes 3D presentation images, AutoCAD Library, photographs, products and project

1. *Strong proficiency in REVIT (intermediate to expert level) is a MUST
2. Minimum 2-3 year of full time Revit experience for Architect and 5-7 year-experience in design for Senior Architect
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Sketch Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo proficiency desirable
5. Personal organizational and Time management ability
6. Good written and spoken English
7. Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on high profile projects
8. Hard working and Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
