Mô tả công việc
Import/ Export:
• Manage & control all import/ export activities
• Manage, control & follow up the import – export activities
• Calculate the cost for logistics cost in month/ year to report for management team
• Control & ensure the KPIs
• Contact customs/ forwarders/customer to get the strong support from them in import- export
• Control & make the payment of service cost for customers (forwarders, shipping lines….)
• Update the customs laws related to the import- export activities and provide news to related sections.
• Consult the import/export method for Management and other related departments
• Solve directly or support the employee if have the difficult problem happened in working process.
• Lead & coach the employees to improve their skills and to get the best result of team work
• Evaluate periodically the job result of employees
• Do all others works follows directors instructions
• Report the job results to Management.
Tax refund & Liquidation:
• Manage & control all tax refund & Liquidation activities
• Make & update the tax refund procedure to be suitable with law
• Make the plan of duty refund for exported goods & follow up it
• Update the customs laws related to tax refund activities and provide news to related sections
• Consult the tax refund method for the Director and other related departments
• Work with other sections in the company to control the BOM for export goods
• Follow up the in-out material balance in monthly/ quarterly to repair in time
• Work with customs & other sections in case customs needs check the liquidation report at company office
• Manage, control & follow up the tax refund & Liquidation data
• Coach & Lead the employees to improve the skills related to the tax refund & Liquidation report
• Report the job results to Management
The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of related working experience or Master 's degree with 3 years of related working
