Associate Producer

*FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Assist the production manager as a key producer for the execution of all photo and video shoots delivering the highest quality assets for CMG.Asia
* REPORTS TO: Manager of Content Production
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
[50% Pre Production]
1. Work closely with Manager to ensure clear knowledge of concept and help prepare treatment/moodboard logistics efficiently. Pitch story ideas to help develop creative media assets for the company. 2. Assist as needed with writing, editing, organizing scripts and getting approvals.
3. Book equipment, crew, MUA, arrange check list, payment claims and admin work of each shoot.
4. Work with coordinator to ensure operations side and production side are all on same page of production status.
5. scout locations, find sources to rent stages, backgrounds and any other props needed for producing digital assets.
6. Categorize and store all media assets regularly.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
 Mood Board/Treatment/Scripts is always prepared ahead of photo shoot schedule ensuring an outstanding production 98% of the time.
 Outstanding preparation with other departments leads to successful production 100% of the time.
 Growth in concepts and ideas produced due to close monitoring of trends is clearly seen. Monitored every 3 months.
 Media storage is updated twice per month. Report sent monthly

1. Assist photographer or video team with all set prep prior to shoot beginning
2. help guide the editorial content of the video/photo production ensuring we are always on brand and leading the industry in content we produce
3. Assist team as needed throughout the production process.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
 Production is run smoothly 95% of the time without any major malfunctions that could
have been prevented.
 Content produced accurately 100% due to strong guidance from AP.
 No bottlenecks are created due to poor planning or lack of AP assistance at all times

- 2 years’ experience as a Production Assistant, Producer or related
- Strong verbal and written English and Vietnamese
- Organizational skills.
- Extremely creative and thrives in creative and fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure while still maintaining state.
- Strong time management skills and extremely detail orientated
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Outstanding work ethic and high standards.
- Knowledge in the production of digital assets and very strong passion to grow skills
- Desire for growth and eager to add as much value as possible.
