Mô tả công việc

*Job purpose
- Responsible for the maintaining the implementation and governance Project and Portfolio Management Framework within organization.
Support the successfully delivery of projects through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
- Temporary Contract: 6.5 months

*Major accountabilities
1. Maintain and implementation of PMM processes and policies. (10%)
• Maintain the updated PMM process, templates and communicate with PMs if any enhancements, changes.
• Review and propose Continuity Improvement for PMM processes and templates.

2. Maintain Project Governance (35%)
• Providing supporting knowledge to DIP Projects from concept to closing of project.
• Provide Gate checking to Project implementation.
• Ensure Project documentation and filling in compliance with PPM.

3. Maintain Project reporting, PMO reporting (35%)
• Collaborate with PMs from Key and DIP project to follow up with Monthly Status Report process
• Overseeing the portfolio of Organization projects/programs, maintain Monthly Project Portfolio, Project Inventory and reporting to RO PMO.
• Collaborate with related party in consolidation and submission of organization dashboard.

4. Other support / admin tasks assigned by Head of PMO. (15%)
• Monitor the assigned projects as stated plans, budget constraints, and timelines.
• Runs meeting, manages team and may highlight critical issues to management

5. Collaborate with Asia Regional Office, Asia PMO as well as PMs from other Market for PMM discussion and exchange Project Management lesson learn and knowledge. (5%)

- Open and flexible to discuss with colleagues, requesters as well as seeking advice from experience to find out appropriated solution.
- Escalates serious issues to next level leader and follow up for advice to resolve problem.

***Education and experience
- Education Minimum: University graduate with 4-7 years of experience in Project Management (4-5 years of experience for band 5.1 and 5-7 years of experience for band 5.2)
- Project Manager certificated is preferred.
- Knowledge of Process Analysis is preferred.

***Communication scope
- Communicates effectively with others. As required by daily work, this job is expected to frequently interact with internal peers and leaders at same level or one level higher.
- This job is expected to communicate to:
• Managers, Directors from Departments / Divisions as daily work
• Project Managers and Business Users from projects as daily work
• IT Project Managers and delivery team as daily work
• Project Sponsors, Stakeholder upon required
• Regional PMO, PMs from other market upon required
