2019 will see a big change in SLV development where the agency force will grow very fast due to the tremendous sales office & General Agency (GA) network expansion. Together with the increase of number of sales offices & GA’s, the number of recruits will definitely grow very quickly, so will the training activities nationwide. To enhance the quality & productivity, we must focus on carrying out follow-up training & development activities to assist those forces such as: rookies, core advisors & agency managers to maximize their capabilities to perform their best. The job holder will support for TPH (Training Productivity Head) in planning & driving those training & development activities nationwide.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Be responsible for coordinating, planning & carrying out training & development KPIs set for the productivity team.
2. In charge of key projects relating to such forces as Rookies, Sun Elites, MDRT, Agency, Leaders, AD
3. Provide necessary training/ coaching and development to TPH & AD staff to carry out T&D activities.
4. Involve in DTD’s projects/ DTD Head/TPH to design advanced training courses for core advisors & agency Leaders.
5. Ensure T&D activities to comply with the MOF’s regulations and the company’s internal compliance regulations.
