Summary:
• Implement collection of renewal, up sale
• Support distribution channels
• Operate administration tasks.
Major responsibilities:
• Managing smaller clients: to ensure a sufficient and timely renewal fee, and fulfill the customers' daily arising requirements ...
• Support upper management with larger clienteles, during transition periods
• Implement up-sale campaigns to clients through personal meetings or over the phone
• Support in preparing sales documents, bidding documents
• Provide customer services according to plan. After receiving feedback from clients, resolve arising issue by coordinate with other related departments in a timely manner
• Operation administrative tasks within in the department: managing, keeping records, printing documents.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Well communication and tele-communication skills
• Effective problem solving skill
• Sufficient with administrative software
• Sufficient in English, especially understanding, speaking and writing.
• Bachelor degree in: Finance, Economics, or Insurance (domestic and abroad)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance & insurance.
