Mô tả công việc
1. Provide administrative and secretariat support for Working Committee’s meetings and ensure effective governance:
a. Organize meetings and agendas including consolidate meeting material from related partners & submit for manager’s review & adjust if required. May facilitate some meetings as per Manager appointed.
b. Taking meeting minute & get necessary reviews from Manager before sending out to other parties;
c. Follow up with related partners to ensure the implementation of agreed actions after the meeting or the progress for problem solving of matters arisen from the previous meeting;
2. Track, monitor and review performance of Working Committees to ensure the effectiveness of partnership governance as objectives, report key issues and opportunities to relevant stakeholders
3. Support manager in organize regular Joint Steering Committee’s meetings. Also support organize the meeting between Turnip and SLF leaders (SLV Member Council, Regional Office, and Corporate) to show the hospitality to the partner’s leadership team.
4. Manage the record management system for Distribution Agreement, Joint Implementation plan, official correspondences between SLV and Turnip, decisions and decrees as the result of decision making of Joint Steering Committee.
5. Support manager preparing the external communications from SLV to Partners in order to enhance the partnership and collaboration.
6. Any other support required by Management

Education and Experience
• University degree with 4-7 years of experience
• Experience in Insurance and/or Bank Industry
• Preferable understanding of business operational, processes and guidelines.
