Mô tả công việc
- To support the Managing Partner of the Firm and other partners within the Firm;
- To carry out research, advice and legal opinion work;
- To attend meetings with clients and other third parties;
- To draft documents;
- To liaise with government departments and organisations;
- To co-ordinate the preparation of Vietnamese and English language versions of documentation;
- To undertake business development activities;
- To assist in promotional activities and external legal assistance programmes organised or undertaken by the Firm
- To perform such other tasks as would be usually carried out by lawyers within the Firm
- To carry out research, advice and legal opinion work;

- To undertake business development activities;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 - 5 years working in a foreign law firm or top tiers law firms in Vietnam
- At least one university degree in law (with excellent academic results)
- Qualified Vietnamese practicing lawyer certificate
- Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work individually and on the team as well as the ability to adapt effectively to various personalities
- Good comprehension of Microsoft office
- Familiarity and legal expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Banking and finance;
- Real estate
- At least one university degree in law (with excellent academic results)
- Qualified Vietnamese practicing lawyer certificate
- Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work individually and on the team as well as the ability to adapt effectively to various personalities
- Good comprehension of Microsoft office
- Familiarity and legal expertise in one or more of the following areas:
