Assisting Managing Partner & Partners to task related to legal consultation in order to meet the customer’s requirement on time and popularized/promote the IC’s image to national and international.

II. Job Description:
• To carry out legal research, advice and legal opinion
• To attend meetings with clients and other third parties
• To draft legal documents
• To liaise with government agencies and organizations
• To co-ordinate the preparation of Vietnamese language versions of documentation
• To assist in promotion activities and business development programmes of the Firm, and
• To perform such other assignments as delegated by partners of the Firm.
• Supporting other companies’ projects (if needed/ if required)
• Report to the directly to the Managing Partner who is in the direct reporting line.

1. Hold at least a BA in law. Overseas study or master decree preferred
2. Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
3. Being dynamic, creative and responsible
4. Be able to analyse critically and logically
5. Be able to work independently and under pressure
6. Familiarity and experience with business law practices (e.g. foreign investment, corporate & commercial, M&A, banking & finance, etc.)
7. The middle lawyer must have at least 3 year experience, and the senior lawyer at least 5 year experience, with commercial law firms.
