Mô tả công việc
Read and understand bank’s procedure documents, technical documents for Transaction
Banking new IT system
Participate in demo sessions for new system to understand its function and relate to
business aspect of the process they are used for
Dissect the document contents to put document instructions into implementation
steps/tasks. Use Visio to construct a business process flow combining steps/tasks
Review, give feedback on other team members’ work and teamwork with them to
improve/make changes to their works if needed
Sit with stakeholders and procedure owners to review process flow built on Visio, refine
understanding of the process, reflect pain points and touch points for future
improvement of the process
Collect team members’ works and updated files to maintain team’s shared drive on
Google
Act as contact point for procedure documents and any other information collection and
distribution between bank and PwC
Handle project admin tasks from PwC side as needed

Have work experience from banks (< 2 years), either procedural or postings role
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, information system
Preferably some overseas education or experience
Interested in consulting work
