Associate for Level 1 SOC Services

We are seeking candidates to join our IT/Cyber Risk unit as an Associate in our Ho Chi Minh City office. The candidates will perform SOC L1 analyst for our clients.

Level 1 SOC Analyst is an operational role, focusing on real time security event monitoring and security incident investigation. As a Level 1 SOC Analyst, you will actively monitor security threats and risks involving customers’ infrastructure. More specifically, the key responsibilities are the following:
• continuously monitors the customers' infrastructure to identify security incidents
• triages security alerts
• collects data and context necessary to initiate Level 2 escalation
• responds on security incidents
• monitors health of customer security sensors and SIEM infrastructure
• delivers scheduled and ad-hoc reports
• works closely with Level 2 & Level 3 team towards the continuous improvement of the service
• delivers scheduled and ad-hoc reports
• Professional working level of English

Nice to have
- Experience working with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software
- Industry recognized certification (CEH, GCIH, GCIA, GNFA) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience in any (or more) of the following areas:
• Windows and *nix platforms
• Security/Network Analysis
• Incident Response
• Scripting skill set (Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl, Powershell) will be considered a plus
• Strong analytical, critical observation skills
• Threat and Vulnerability Management
• Penetration Testing
• Malware analysis
