Associate/ Executive, Marketing, Adidas Golf

* Strategic Role
Assisting and coordinating in all marketing disciplines for Vietnam.

* Key Responsibilities
Marketing
1. Assist in the planning, coordinating and execution of key marketing activities e.g. events, trade show.
2. Responsible for new store development from layout, design, VM to make sure the store opening successfully.
3. Planning and coordinating with media houses to ensure all advertising and retail materials are rolled out according to schedule.
4. Coordinating with design and visual merchandising agencies on POS designs and roll-outs.
5. Working with PR agency in matters such as media coordination, industry news dissemination, new product releases and product loans.
6. Management and tracking of aG fixtures, POS items and product samples.
7. Coordinating with adidas warehouse/contractors/vendors/suppliers on aG fixtures orders, shipments and roll-outs in accordance to marketing timelines.
8. Supporting in all administrative duties required by the team e.g. NTP processing, PO processing and MWB project codes allocation

• 1 years of relevant working experience in an FMCG environment
• Hardworking and express keen interest in Marketing
• Meticulous
• Team player with strong interpersonal skill
• Strong communications skill and fluency in both written & spoken English and local language
• Computer literate
