This position will be responsible of developing new partners with key focus on banks and related financial organizations by optimizing local network and potential business opportunities. The incumbent will also work closely with FWD group functional teams and other related departments at FWD Vietnam to cooperate when having a big partnership projects as well as manage PD related projects for existing partnerships.
The Job:
- Develop a strong local network with key focus on banking and financial institutional organizations with aim to optimize potential business opportunities for Bancassurance channel in FWD Vietnam
- Work closely with internal related departments and group functional teams when having new partnerships projects.
- Be responsible of preparing and conducting business presentation for new potential partners and work with other functions to complete required financial preparation for business cases
- Manage the team to coordinate and monitor business related projects within PD to support existing partnerships with aim to deliver expected results that could help strengthening business performance, customer experience and productivity
- Be responsible of developing team members following the company core values
- Support the department head in other tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The Person:
- University Degree, Master degree will be a plus, majored in Marketing, Laws, Social Sciences or Business Management
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with MNC or multi-cultural environment, preferably in banking/insurance or FMCG industries with similar scope of works
- Have a strong local/international network in financial related area will be a plus
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access , Power Point
- Strong analytical capability
