Mô tả công việc
- In charge of Guest Relation team as a Department Head in manning, training or recruitment for the manpower
- Generally in charge of customer service for guests such as investigating daily arrival/ department list, rooming orientation, courtesy call and service recovery implementation
- Implement effective communication of guest feedback with all Guest Relation staff ensuring quality customer service at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action using the IHG iLead principle way of working
- Responsible for Medallia/ HeartBeat cases investigations
- Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery
- Oversee maintenance of efficient repeat guest history system
- Schedule and attend regular IHG Rewards Club and VIP guest cocktail parties and social engagements in an effort to further improve on service delivery
- Approve upgrades and special amenities in absence of higher manager
- Know system recovery procedures
- Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities
- Support on IHG Loyalty Champion, Ambassador and other programs

Required Skills –
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Good writing skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams
• Ability to manage complex relationships
Korean speaking is a MUST
Qualifications –
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience –
• 4 years of guest service / hotel experience with one year in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
