The Business Intelligence Asst. Director will assist the Chief Strategy Offer in setting up and managing all functional areas of business intelligence and data analytics to achieve such objective.
The Job:
- Set up and operationalize the business intelligence platform including tools, standards, procedures etc. for effective collection, management and analysis of data across the organization.
- Build capability to leverage and turn data into meaningful business insights and distil implications for effective business decisions by senior management and related stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Propose and execute the set-up of data analytics and business intelligence strategy and initiatives for FWD Vietnam (including big data, data warehousing etc.).
- Propose and implement policies and procedures for the collection, management and analysis of data.
- Create and manage business intelligence tools, systems, methods etc.
- Create standardized key business reports and dashboards for review by management and other related stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze business intelligence data (industry, customer, competitors etc.) business decisions for corporate strategy development decisions.
- Produce regular/ad-hoc distribution/customer insight reports with recommendations/ findings for business decisions.
- Develop and implement predictive modelling to strengthen distribution productivity/efficiency and maximize sales from existing customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The Person:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, mathematics or a related business discipline.
- 5+ experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and different business functional areas.
- Excellent analytical skills, including ability to use appropriate applications for analysing data and defining trends.
- Good understanding of life insurance operational and technical areas is an advantage.
- Effective communication in both English and Vietnamese.
- Problem solving skills, leveraging data insights.
