Mô tả công việc

• Identify, prioritize, contact new Travel Agent account and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in the assigned market;
• Manage top accounts – own, develop and manage top accounts in assigned destination and ensure the team develops mutually beneficial accommodation property relationships to grow market share;
• Report; analyze – plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed on KPIs and be able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues, and opportunities with team and manager;
• Understand the industry and its developments – very good knowledge of the pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, accommodation rate structure and yield management, connectivity options, and customer booking trends;
• Optimize use of process and systems – Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems;
• Leading the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion;
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
• Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
• At least a Bachelor's degree, preferable background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field. MBA degree is a plus;
• Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology;
• Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors;
• A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence;
• Solid oral and written communications skills;
• Good understanding of product management/development, preferably in the Internet space.
