- Develop and implement public relations and corporate communications plans in accordance with the company's annual business plan
- Lead on issues management and crisis communications
- Produce internal and external communication materials in both English and Vietnamese, with a focus on creative writing and storytelling
- Organize PR campaigns, media functions, executive interview, press conferences, corporate / sponsorship / CSR events / internal events
- Work closely with the media agencies to develop PR concept and brand building strategy.
- Support in the preparation of annual A&P budget and maintain control over operating expenses in a cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement ongoing pro-active media relationships.
- Respond to the requirements of media, the public and to those events, which directly or indirectly affect the reputation and business of the company.
- Liaise with corporate / regional office on corporate communications matters as appropriate.
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to public, employees and stakeholders
- Develop content in support of change management initiatives and campaigns
- Create engaging content and experiences for employees and customers
- Support the planning and activation of Corporate Social Responsibility programs across the market.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree, Marketing, Communication or Journalist major is preferable
- At least 5 years experience
- Good Vietnamese and English communicator (written and oral)
- Patient, details oriented, teamwork, Can-do mindset
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
