- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
- Build up the Standard Operating Procedures for warehouse activities
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports to drive warehouse operational excellence
- Act as the Warehouse Manager in his essence
- Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures
- Build and maintain effective quality working relationships with management, co-workers customers
- Uses effective written and verbal communication. Uses good interpersonal skills treating everyone with dignity and respect. Immediately advises supervisor of significant and unexpected problems.
- Promotes and demonstrates teamwork and cooperation
- Works flexible schedules, weekends, evenings, holidays and overtime and may float to other area locations
- Possess strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and SQL
- Experience with programming skill (R, Python) is a plus
- Experience in E-commerce warehouse process is a plus
- Performs other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field, but prefer in Industrial Engineering
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
- Good team player with positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
- Previous entrepreneur experience is a plus
- Working location: Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone - District 7
