Mô tả công việc
Assistant Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing warehouse systems and warehouse staff to optimize and control the inventory and to provide support to planning team to ensure smooth production planning.
1. Ensure safe and efficient running of Warehouse
• Maintain high level of housekeeping, safety and environment awareness
• Keeps invoicing up-to-date
• Updates records and reports on a regular basis
• Data analysis: Record data and analyze trends to support Factory Manager
2. Track and optimize Warehouse capacity and occupancy analysis
• Accurate tracking and reporting of inventory on a frequent basis
• Track all materials stock levels correctly and raw materials efficiently
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for produced goods and raw materials
• Optimize warehouse layout according to flow of goods and materials
3. Support and track transportation system between plant and customers
• Track daily deliveries and ensure on time delivery for all shipments
• Problem solving for delayed deliveries or any issues related to transportation
• Records daily figures to compile month-end reports
4. Manages Warehouse Staff
• Recruits (with HR) new employees
• Develops/coaches team and performs disciplinary actions
• Oversees all training of the Warehouse department
• Performs performance evaluations on a regular basis
• Efficient shift planning of warehouse staff

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree in related field or equivalent, major in supply chain is preferred
• 3 to 5 years of general logistics experience
• Previous experience as a supervisory role is a must
• Good knowledge of textile and dyeing production
• Working experience of 3 years or more for textile planning or textile warehouse management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Documentation skills
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• 3 to 5 years of general logistics experience
• Previous experience as a supervisory role is a must
