Role Summary
2019 will see a big change in SLV development where the agency force will grow very fast due to the tremendous sales office & General Agency (GA) network expansion. Together with the increase of number of sales offices & GA’s, the number of recruits will definitely grow very quickly, so will the training activities nationwide. The job holder will support DTD in coordinating, arranging schedule, supervising training materials & tools & managing all the logistics that belong to DTD
Main Accountabilities
- Be responsible for coordinating, supervising, allocating training material & delivering tools/ gifts to relevant locations.
- In charge of reviewing travel & payment requests of all trainers
- Support DTD in organizing/arranging trips, meeting & events for trainers
- Support team leaders /DTD Head in DTD projects & assignment

• Education and Experience
- Qualification: University degree or college.
- Experience: at least 1 year of experience in admin job
