Mô tả công việc
- Assist in Security Manager (SM)’s daily works including schedule arrangement, document preparation and communication between relating groups.
- Be the liaison between SM and other departments; on behalf of SM, work with other departments and partners under SM’s requirements.
- Support SM in supervising jobs from teams under SM’s control.
- Support director board meetings in organizing and writing a minute.
- Keep track and update progress, coordinate Security Dept.‘s projects and/or projects required.
- Support Internal Audit team to prepare for audit programs (Visa, Mastercard, CQM, SAS, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015), tackle problems during audit time and gather remedial evidences if any after audit.
- Conduct other tasks required by SM

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree Foreign Language, Economic and Social school are prefered
• At least 1 years experience in a job using English
• English equivalent To 6.0 IELTS
• Skill to use various Microsoft software programs (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Good communication and working under pressure
• Ability to organize the work and good at presentation skill
• Active, hard-working, faithful, team-work and high responsibility
