Assistant To Production Director

Manage daily output report for production approval and schedule
Provide status report to GD directly including:
• Recruitment and training plan
• Combination and balancing appropriately lines with products as assigned to reach target
• Costly maintenance and cutting plan
• Follow GD instruction to coordinate and communicate with related depts to improve and develop production process
Actively highlight development issues and propose resolutions to meet deadlines and make product Production-friendly
Partner with the Development team for testing materials and product development approvals.
Track and update PI#, production plan; coordinate related depts. to ensure production process smoothly and correctly.

• Job level: semi-manager
• Language: English (required)
• At least 5 years’ experience in garment, bag knowledge a plus
• Strong planning skills combined with a detailed knowledge and understanding of production
• Communicate skills to partnership with product development and design, merchandising and purchasing, cutting and maintenance; packing and shipments
• Strong follow-up skills
• Must be a team player
