Mô tả công việc
- Oversee daily activities of factory operations
- Ensure factory activities are performed in the most effective and productive manner.
- Responsible in planning, coordinating and monitor all department to meet requirements.
- Lead and direct the production team to achieve operational goals in quality, yield, cost, delivery and output.
- Maintains the Company’s plant, machinery, building and associated facilities
- Prepares equipment for periodic inspections where required under statutory requirements
- Any other duties assigned by Factory Manager
- Ensure quality standards in the production applying Quality programs/tools (such as FMEA, 8D , "CPK" )

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Technical Background - Mechanical or Electronics Engineering is most preferable
- Experience in electric parts and/or SMT Manufacturing technologies
- +5 years Managerial Experience working with Multi-National Company
*** MUST-HAVE
- Chinese fluently
- Experience in QA or production
*** NICE-to-HAVE
- Bilingual: fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
- Japanese speaking would be advantage
- Experience in quality assurance system, leadership, handling of customer complaints
- Strong experience in FMEA
- Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, Lean production methods such as TPS
- Experience in electric parts and/or SMT Manufacturing technologies
