Mô tả công việc
- Organizes and coordinates internal and external relations efforts.
- Support operation for special projects.
- Assist BD Head in the execution of team management plan & projects.
- Compose/Prepare report, presentation.
- Execute the proposal related to internal and external activities.
- Work directly with BD Segment Lead to ensure the monthly KPI planning.
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of internal team meetings & training (schedule, room, facilities,…).
- Track and directly report project status updates to BD Head.
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.
- Update and maintain team policies and procedures.
- Convey timely, accurately and efficiently to the team members the request and instructions of BD Head.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly sales reports of all BD Managers nationwide.
- Convey to BD Head timely accurately and efficiently any request or feedback from the team member/ staff.
- Support related tasks for monthly calculation of team KPI & performance.
- Work closely with other departments (HR, Marketing, BD Strategy, Merchant Communication, Product, …) to accomplish any special projects.
- Other duties as assigned by BD Head.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including BD staffs, team members, external partners and donors
- Good level written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- High integrity
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Problem solver mindset and flexible thinking
- Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
