In January 2017, Alstom as leader of a consortium, signed a contract with Hanoi Metropolitan Railway Management Board (MRB) to supply a metro system for Hanoi metro line 3. This is the first integrated metro system contract for Alstom in Vietnam.

Alstom Vietnam is looking for an Assistant to Customer Director based in Hanoi with suitable experience in the same position. Being in charge of day to day work of administration of Alstom Transport Vietnam Ltd and assistance’s work for the Customer Director, you will report hierarchically to Country Customer Director .

You will be responsible for:
• Assisting Customer Director in the development, pre-tendering and implementation of project work plan and assisting in the clarification of objectives and operational needs to facilitate project development and implementation
• Summarize and translate the correspondences in rail transport field
• Establish and maintain the project’s information management system
• Provides administrative and logistic support to the Alstom Transport Vietnam Ltd
• Maintaining communication with workgroup members. Attending meetings, taking minutes, drafting correspondence, collecting and compiling information, and serving as liaison between Customer Director and workgroup members

You are expected to have:
• University graduate
• Good management and organizational skills as experience is not required
• Good command of English (written and oral communication skill)
• Strong computer skill and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Team-spirited and can work under pressure
