Mô tả công việc

• Assist Client Liaison Manager in routine works;
• Reserve / Manage reservations for training rooms and meeting rooms;
• Pick up VIP guests at the airport;
• Arrange weekly activities for guests;
• Arrange luggage / phones for customers when arriving at the airport;
• Welcome guests on their first day at the office;
• Help customers reserve lunches / dinners with the team;
• Help customers exchange money / buy essential commodities;
• Support customers with their apartments;
• Update contact details, photos, visiting time, number of staff for the teams on CRM;
• Help customers apply for / extend visa / driver’s license;
• Support customers’ families if their families travel with them to Vietnam;
• Other duties assigned by the Manager or other person as per the directions of the Company from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Fresh graduate with University / College degree in Tourism (Preferable) or other relating majors;
• Reliable, responsible, careful, friendly and hard-working;
• Possess knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
• Excellent time management skill and ability to prioritize work;
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work under high pressure;
• Good English communication skills and ability to be self-motivated;
• Proficient in using computer applications (Microsoft office, Internet…);
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Ability to problem solve efficiently;
• Other requirements by the Company from time to time.
