Mô tả công việc
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Proactively propose company’s business development plan
- Provide advice on business to the Chairman/CEO
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement
- Be responsible for leading and implementing company projects
- Work closely with Board of Management/Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence
- Conduct research, analysis and produce reports as required
- Perform other tasks as required by Chairman

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales management/business development
- Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person’s perspective
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing
- Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication
- Be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
