Mô tả công việc
• Providing technical support, e.g. troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
• Working as the key member of Dongnai technical service team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
• Keeping up to date on technical service responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
• Maintaining timely communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Updating manager for current information concerning to customers’ requirements, customer situations, trends, mass production plan, etc. to ensure project success.
• Providing the internal technical report on a monthly basis to manager for technical service executing action plans.
• Coordinating with the laboratory team to ensure the punctuality of laboratory analysis results.
• Supporting equipment and tools and ensuring that these devices are adequate for serving the customers’ requirements.
• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
• Gather information and test results for provide guidance for troubleshooting case to customer.
• Innovating continually in order to ensure the department is offering the best level of service in terms of services and equipment.
• Perform the other tasks as per assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male, native speaker of Vietnamese, aged between 28-35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry Science, Chemical Engineering or related fields
• At least 5-8 years’ work experience in metal plating field. Having experience in working with multinational companies is preferable.
• Good command in English language is required.
• Be highly motivated, results oriented individual with effective team working skills.
• Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person.
• Have experience in working with diverse audiences.
• Possess good interpersonal, organizational skill.
• Be enthusiastic learner and flexible.
• Be able to work independently with cross-functional teams
