Assistant Supplier Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain the supplier quality system to ensure compliance with procedures outlined in the Supplier Quality Manual.
Revise and implementing changes as required
Ensure quality, reliability and accuracy of products supplied by suppliers
Deal with suppliers regarding nonconforming materials, disposition and containment actions in a timely manner
Provide support to suppliers in relation to root cause analysis and corrective actions
Follow up and ensure all recommended corrective actions are implemented
Perform quality system and process audits at suppliers including preparing reports, following-up and closure of non-conformance
Initiate and lead supplier development activities and program
Be responsible for new part development and validation
Review and follow up supplier quality plans, PPAP
Contact with suppliers to refine and enhance products and processes by applying continuous improvements and key lean manufacturing/product principles and techniques to ensure the quality of goods and services provided
Provide support to customers in relation to supply-based issues

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years related experience (supplier quality or quality engineering) preferably in the automotive business
Knowledge of quality system requirements for ISO/TS16949. Internal quality auditor, lean is a plus
Experienced in supplier quality assessment, supplier development
Knowledge of quality inspection and quality assurance techniques, theories, principles and drawings
Computer Skills about
Knowledge about Composites
Have a good systematic thinking, analysis skill and adhere to data driven approach
Good in process & statistical control and familiar with various sampling plans
