Mô tả công việc
•To plan, implement and manage the Loss prevention program of the hotel and safeguard the physical wellbeing of its property.
•Employees and guests achieving satisfaction for all concerned whilst adhering to standards and policy required by by Sheraton/Marriott Intl. and Local law.
•Ensure all the security systems are monitored 24 hours a day and an ERT are trained and on standby.
•Assistant Security Manager is expected to manage, control, administer and establish the loss prevention department of Sheraton Grand Danang Resort, in accordance to the policies and procedures of the company. This includes but is not limited to Fire Fighting readiness, Security systems, CCTV and all guest and employee security.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
•Excellent communication skills
•Fluent in oral/written English and Vietnamese
•Acts in a professional and diplomatic manner. Is open and approachable, empathetic and culturally sensitive, confident
•Well versed with Hotel organization and policies. Safety precautions, first aid and fire procedures.
•Strong organizational and time management skill.
•Work independently, good judgment, initiative taker Strong communication and organizational skills
•Fluent in oral/written English and Vietnamese
