Mô tả công việc

- Develope, organize and supervise according to marketing programs, advertising plans, promotions for each type of steel products and distribution channels.
- Implement marketing activities and product promotion and marketing campaigns. Evaluation of marketing activities and promotions; deploy sales action plans for each steel product category.
- Monitor trends, research and analyze sales data, steel distribution systems, distribution points and markets. Improve the efficiency and expansion of product distribution channels. Develop business development strategies for each channel.
- Detecting business opportunities, forecasting the need to support the establishment and implementation of business plans, monitoring the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Analysis of trends and results; set up a pricing strategy; propose competitive prices; renew existing products, selling prices, distribution channels, and quarterly and annual promotions.
- Analyze and forecast market potentials and competitors to develop short and long-term sales strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets annually; spending planning; analysis of change.
- Build networks and maintain relationships with major distribution points / customers and potential customers..
- Ensure business objectives for products monthly/quarterly/yearly. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Directly report on work results to managers at all levels.
- Managing and developing effective system of sales management system software.
- Responsible for managing, planning, training to improve the quality of sales staffs, creating motivation and developing staffs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Workplace: Ha Noi and Thai Nguyen
- Male only
- Recrcruitment time: From Arpril to July 2019

- Basic salary: negociated, attractive and commensurate with skills and qualifications.
- Age: 27 - 40
- BA majoring in business administration, economics, construction, etc….
- Experience in management and sales staff development
- At least 3 years proven track record of successful sales work preferably in a supervisor role, of construction steel products or construction materials or industrial products in a high volume, fast paced and competitive environment.
- Having system thinking and development skills, building complex and multi-dimensional systems.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork, under pressure of sales.
- Having a strong drive for success under pressure and prepared to business travel frequently.
- Ability to present, negotiate, good communication skills and maintain customer relations.
- Preferably English speaking (required)
- Proficient office information
