- Responsible for business development and achieving sales targets and product goals for Vietnam market.
- Lead and motivate the team to drive sales and achieve sales targets, efficient sales operations.
- To improve or develop strategic marketing plans and positioning for our products.
- Source, evaluate and develop key strategic relationship opportunities with manufacturers / traders / oversea customers to enhance a long term business
- Develop our strong chemicals & petroleum products to be market leaders in Vietnam market
- Develop and implement sales plans and manage day to day operational activities.
- Push positive sales and service culture to maximise selling opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing team on product development, product quality, pricing, promotions and etc.
- Respond to trade feedbacks by taking appropriate action to resolve problem.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Required language(s) : English/Vietnamese
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing/Chemicals/Petroleum.
- At least 3 years of assistant sales/sales managerial role and working experience in international corporation is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and result oriented; hands on and dynamic with focus on achieving sales target.
- Full time position only.
