Assistant Sales Manager Cum Sales Executive (EU Trade)

• Follow up space & pricing guidelines from head office or regional head offices
• Seek for potential customers and fulfill the assigned target
• Do market research to have good understanding about competitors
• Keep close contact with customers and take good care of them
• Send sales leads to destination offices to get their sales support from FOB customers
• Update booking forecast in the system daily
• Coordinate with Accounting & Equipment Team to support customers
• Prepare English reports in Power point & MS Excel for sales meeting
• Do sales- related jobs as instructed by The Management & Trade Manager if necessary
• Assist Trade Manager to be responsible for overall team management and KPI achievement (for position of Assistant Sales Manager)

- Age: Under 40
- University or College Degree. Majoring in Sales & Marketing, Foreign Trade, Sea Transportation, Business Administration , Economics or English
- Good communication in English & Vietnamese
- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:
• Experience in container shipping industry (2 years for Sales Executive & 4 years for Assistant Manager).
• Have good knowledge of shipping business, import and export
- Good skill of communication, negotiation, problem solving, customer service…
- Characteristics of dynamism, empathy, responsibility, persistence, optimism & sociability
- Good at computer skill: Email, Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word
