Mô tả công việc

Quantity: 2 (1 in the Southern Vietnam, 1 in the Northern Vietnam)
Department: Sales Department
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Location: Tan Hong - Hoan Son IZ, Tien Du district, Bac Ninh province
Service grade: N/A
You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business, as well as growing and maintaining existing global and local key accounts. Further, you will participate in creating and executing local business development strategy, and ensure it is aligned with the global strategy and activities.

The position is located at Nefab Vietnam factory in Bac Ninh province and will report to the Business Development Manager of Nefab Vietnam.

"SPECIAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE EMPLOYEE FROM THE SOUTHERN VIETNAM: NEED TO UNDERSTAND AND COVER PROJECT MANAGEMENT JOB. YOU WILL BE TRAINED IN BAC NINH OFFICE FOR A CERTAIN TIME AND THEN WORK IN THE SOUTH"

Main responsibilities
- Developing potential customers in Vietnam
- Marketing analysis and industry customer mapping
- Sales Pipeline management
- Key account management
- Customer relationship building
- Customer Packaging Audit and Bidding processes
- Supporting and managing projects transferred from GDB team (Global business development)
- CRM (customer management system) management and implementation
- Monthly sales review and reports
- Support Quality team to deal with quality complaint
- Support Customer Service to deal with order issue, if necessary
- Overdue payment management, if necessary

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Your qualifications
- +3 years’ experience in sales related positions
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging, Business, Engineering, or other relevant area
- Experience in project management
- Fluent in English (in writing and orally)

Your skills
- Self-discipline and can work independently to deliver results
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present to different audiences and all levels of the organization
- Strong collaborative skills, team building and networking capability
- Strong Project Management skills, including handle different tasks and projects in parallel while maintaining quality
- Strategic thinking, competence in analyzing and managing complex business situations
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
