Mô tả công việc
1. Study retail geographic and propose project with financial feasibility
2. Strategically set-up & manage retail stores as plan
3. Oversee operating costs by defined geography to optimize contribution
4. Develop and maintain strong working relationship with field support and client services
5. Develop business policy and retail standard
6. Able to design product assortment and merchandising plan
7. Evaluate reports, decisions and department results on established goals
8. Develop performance metrics to build, deliver, report and track mechanism
9. Initiate and learn lessons from process roll-outs
10. Establish strong relationships with internal departments and contacts
11. Ensure operations process satisfies audit requirements
12. Manage Retail Operations manual and documents changes
13. Supervise retail training efforts and ensure training consistency and employee development

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. At least 5 years of working experience on Retail Business Development-Operations or related fields
2. Strategic think of retail business investment and overlook for future retail business trend
3. Able to apply business both offline and online
4. Good negotiation skill and excellent in partnership management
5. Good design thinking to set up retail business and operational system
6. Leading trend of retail business and related service fulfillment
7. Good knowledge in franchise management is preferable
8. Well round of law and regulation in retail business and online e-commerce of Vietnam
9. Entrepreneurial spirit with customer oriented mind and passion to work within a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
10. Eager to learn in retail business development and initiate dynamic platform according to change in customer behavior and market landscape
11. Hard working with strong leadership and can work under pressure
12. Good command of both speaking and writing English
Specification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Related Fields
Working Place: Ho Chi Minh City and able to go abroad and up-country
