Mô tả công việc
* FUNCTION:
• Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS) shall support Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage all costs relating to building projects, from initial estimate to the final account, with the aim to seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
• Assistant QS shall have the same duties as Quantity Surveyor which is described here under.
* DUTIES:
1. In Tender Period:
• Measure quantity for tender of main package
• Cross check quantity with the tenderer if necessary
• Support QS for preparation of tender document for MC package
• Assist QS to prepare tender documents
• Assist QS to prepare cost estimate
2. In Procurement stage:
• Measure quantity for tender of Subcontractor
• Support QS for preparation of tender document for Subcontract package
• Support CM for preparation of procurement plan,
• Measure quantity for material supplied
• Check and update the quantity delivery to site
• Verify the quantity for final use
• Assist to manage procurement for all special works and materials
3. Checking variation:
• Checking V.O. in accordance with the contract
• Support CM and QS for preparation of V.O. evaluation report
4. Claim checking:
• Verify the completed quantity at site
• Independent checking payment quantity on Site, checking and compare the real quantity payment claim on Site in accordance with the contract.
• Check payment claim of subcontractor
• Assist QS to prepare final accounts
• Assist to manage all progress claims

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Education:
• Minimum - University Graduate of Civil Engineering and Construction
• Preferred – Major in Building Cost Estimate or Quantity Surveyor
* Experience:
• Minimum - 3-years experience after graduation
• Preferred – 2-year QS experience
• Preferred - Worked for foreign company
* Language:
• Minimum - B levels of English
• Preferred – English proficient
• Minimum - University Graduate of Civil Engineering and Construction
• Preferred – Major in Building Cost Estimate or Quantity Surveyor
* Experience:
• Minimum - 3-years experience after graduation
• Preferred – 2-year QS experience
• Preferred - Worked for foreign company
* Language:
