Assistant Production Controller (Apparel)

*Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring orders, updating and managing planning data entry in Fast-React system to ensure relevant information issued to the factories meets the plan.
Daily tasks will include data entry, loading orders against factories, following the Critical Path, monitoring production figures, plus sending weekly schedules and managing factory style boards for weekly production meetings.
Other responsibilities will occasionally include translation, monitoring daily production figures, while assisting the Production Planner and helping with company objectives.

*Main Duties / Responsibilities:
• Checking customer PO information matches Fast-React system.
• Reporting PO discrepancies and following up amendments.
• Monitoring fabric ETA for sending date of docket, wash-care, KTOF and PO to factories.
• Submit factory Kimball art work for customer approval.
• Ticking of PO/KTOF/Cut in Fast-React system when task is completed.
• Inputting cutting figures and cut date into Fast-React.
• Loading orders against the correct factory in Fast-React.
• Sending out weekly Production schedules every Saturday morning.
• Updating and sharing production style boards for weekly team meetings.

* Experience / Qualification Level:
• Advanced written and spoken English language skills. Fluent with Vietnamese.
• Garment Factory Merchandising/Production Planning Experience (minimum 3 years).
• Advanced with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

* Personal Abilities / Skills:
• Strong Character who is Flexible and Adaptive.
• Self-driven and motivated, whilst working in an open plan office.
• Ability to identify problems to solve in a timely manner.
• Attention to Detail to ensure work is Accurate.
• Excellent Coordination and Communication skills.

*Salary:
• 11,000,000 vnd – 12,000,000 vnd Net depending on experience.
