SUMMARY
This role is required to lead the team to performance customer service by brand, additional production mold analysis, project leading, Forecast, Buy PO and capacity analysis, systems update. Work closely with Factory Operation team and the ultimate goal is to deliver goods in good quality and on time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer service cross brand, communicate with SPT and US/regions to have POs delivered on time. Try to solve issues in time and elevate to supervisors if needed.
- Production forecast and capacity analysis. Pre-warning capacity issues with suggestions.
- Support Continuity program to eliminate capacity pressure during peak months.
- Lead projects and maitain SOP for FPT.
- Support team member to update systems and work for 1st confirmed XF date of monthly buy with brand, solve capacity issues by brand, special project such as Collab
- Analysis additional production molds.
- Other requests from director and manager.

Education & Any Certifications Required
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, understand Chinese will be preferred.
- College degree at least.
Year(s) of Experience & Background Required
- More than 8 years related experience at reputable footwear company chain at manager level in supply, merchandising and planning, Import / Export business. Good understanding of the whole Footwear production procedure.
- Ability to read, analysis capacity report, monitor production status report, and interprets common packing documents in footwear.
- Have strong knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc, with experience in PLM and GTN system will be preferred.
- Good communication skills, between customer, factory and internal departments
- Good leadership skill and timeline management skill
- Project Management Skill and customer focus.
