As an Assistant partnership manager, this position will offer you the opportunity to:
1. Receive relevant, on-the-job training and mentorship about everything relevant to sales, from commercial products to sales and marketing.
2. Aim at becoming business and marketing specialist, develop professional skills including various aspects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist Partnership Manger to establish and manage client relationships with brands or agencies, retain and grow revenue from advertisers, execute efficient marketing initiatives and promotions.
2. Analyze data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and ByteDance’s marketing solutions.
3. Facilitate clients’ ad campaigns from end to end, manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
4. Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, fresh graduate or have less than 3 year full-time working experience, experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
2. Fluent at English, Native in local language and Proficient in Chinese Mandarin is a plus (But not a must)
3. Strong interaction skill, learning ability, and leadership potential. Possess positive teamwork spirit.
4. Self-starter, fast learner, willing to embrace challenges, and capable of working around time differences
